TruenoTech is a software studio that designs, engineers, and ships AI-powered digital products. Founded in 2019, we've delivered more than 200 projects to 50+ clients across five countries, with a focus on practical AI: LLM applications that actually work in production, AI agents that reduce real operational load, and engineering hygiene that lets the rest of it survive contact with customers.
What does TruenoTech do?
We started in 2019 as a small group of engineers who'd worked on enough production systems to know what breaks at 2 a.m. The web-development practice came first. As large language models matured, we expanded into AI engineering — not as a marketing pivot, but because the same discipline that keeps a payments service alive at scale is what separates a working AI feature from a convincing demo.
Today the team ships LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, mobile apps, and the cloud and data infrastructure that supports them. Most of our work is for product companies and operating businesses that want AI features integrated into the systems they already run, not a separate science project bolted on the side.
How does TruenoTech work?
- Evaluation before generation. Every AI feature starts with an evaluation harness — we don't ship prompts we can't measure. Regression tests catch drift before a customer does.
- Boring infrastructure. Typed codebases, deterministic builds, observability from day one. The interesting part of an AI product should be the product, not the bug hunt.
- Small, senior teams. Engagements are staffed by people who've shipped what we're asking them to ship. No three-tier "associate" pyramid.
- Hand-offs that survive. Every project ends with documentation a new engineer can pick up, runbooks for what breaks, and the evaluation harness so the team that takes it over can extend it without flying blind.

Where does TruenoTech work?
Our engineering team is based at B-703 Titanium Square, Thaltej, Ahmedabad — the city that quietly anchors a large share of India's product-engineering talent. We work alongside clients across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, with delivery hours that flex to cover overlap windows for the teams we partner with.
For European and US-East clients we typically reserve the first three to four hours of our day for live collaboration. For Asia-Pacific clients we run on local time.
