What to include in your message

What you're building. One or two sentences is plenty — we can dig in on the call.
Where it stands today. Greenfield, mid-build, or production with a specific problem we're being asked to fix.
Timeframe. A target ship date if you have one, or the window you're working against.
Anything you already know won't work. Constraints save everyone time.

Working hours and overlap

We're in Ahmedabad (IST, UTC+5:30). For European clients we reserve the first half of our day; for US-East clients we keep the last few hours of our day for live overlap. US-West clients usually settle on async with a weekly sync.
